Details
An original Spanish white wine made by José Pariente, the wine Apasionado de José Pariente is crafted from over 30-year-old Sauvignon Blanc vineyards.
The grapes come from a single vineyard located in DO Rueda. The first Sauvignon Blanc ever planted in Verdejo territory, it grows on limestone soils with pebble stones located on the highest area of the region.
This organic white wine is made from overripe, particularly high-acidic grapes that were exactingly selected during the harvest.
After a cold maceration, they were gently pressed and fermented with its lees for a period of 5 months. Clarified and cold filtered, the wine Apasionado de José Pariente 2022 was finally bottled in 50 cl. flasks.
The production of this dessert white wine is very limited.
