This is the latest vintage of the wine Aurora d'Espiells Rosé. Coming from DO Penedès, this Spanish rosé wine is a blend of Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc.
Produced by Juvé y Camps, once in the cellar the grapes were cold-soaked for 12 hours prior to alcoholic fermentation.
After that, the wine Aurora d'Espiells Rosé 2024 was fermented in stainless steel tanks, and subsequently aged on lees for some weeks.
