Unapologetically young, fresh and vibrant, the cava Juvé y Camps Essential Pinot Noir, formerly known as Juvé y Camps Pinot Noir Brut Rosé, is an interesting Spanish sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir, a variety allowed by the Cava regulatory board.
The grapes are sourced from vineyards 10 years old on average located in Propietat d'Espiells, a estate in the heart of the Penedès. They are certified organic.
Hand-picked and meticulously selected, the grapes fermented in stainless steel tanks. Then the sparkling wine Juvé y Camps Essential Pinot Noir of the Juvé y Camps winery was aged for 12 months minimum before hitting the market.
