The premium Cava Gran Juvé y Camps Gran Reserva Brut is sourced from three certified organic vineyards located near the village of Espiells, in the heart of Penedès.
Made basically from the traditional DO Cava triad, Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada, the blend of this Spanish sparkling wine is complemented with a droplet of Chardonnay.
Composed of clay-limestone soils, the vineyards are located at an altitude around 250 metres above sea level, in an area protected from the cold, northern winds by the Montserrat mountains.
Produced by the Juvé y Camps winery, the Cava Gran Juvé y Camps Gran Reserva Brut 2019 was meticulously vinified following the traditional method.
Bottled in March 2019, after the completion of secondary fermentation it was aged for a minimum of 60 months before being disgorged..

| Nose | Complex stuff. Fresh notes of flowers, hints of white fruit, some well-integrated wooden remembrances and notions of pastry, dry fruit and honey. This blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada and Chardonnay is remarkably elegant. |
| Palate | This blended organic sparkling wine is richly layered and creamy, with puff pastry, cooked white and yellow fruit, custard sauce, some toasted notes and a remembrance of citrus. This Cava from Juvé y Camps has some tiny bubbles, very good acidity and a long, delicate finish. |
