This is the new vintage of the white wine Miranda d'Espiells from Penedès.
Made solely from Chardonnay, the grapes are sourced from two certified organic vineyards, Espiells and La Miranda, located in the town of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia.
Produced by the Juvé y Camps winery, after a careful harvest the grapes were delicately pressed. Then, only the free-run juice of this Spanish white wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Finally, the wine Miranda d'Espiells 2024 was bottled and aged for 9 months before being released onto the market.
