The Cava Batllori Brut Nature Reserva is made by bodega Batllori, a traditional DO Cava producer based in Subirats, in the Alt Penedés area.
A blend of the traditional varieties Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, this Spanish sparkling wine is sourced from organically certified vineyards harvested in August and September.
After fermenting in stainless steel tanks, this Reserva Cava was blended and bottled. After completing secondary fermentation, the Cava Batllori Brut Nature Reserva was aged for no less than 30 months.
Manually disgorged, this organic Brut Nature Cava from Penedès was added no dosage.
