Cava Bertha Lounge Brut Rosé
Young rosé Cava. Traditional blend with Grenache & Pinot Noir aged for a minimum of 12 months.
Availability: In stock
The sexy and juvenile Cava Bertha Lounge Brut Rosé is made from a blend of the 3 traditional varieties, Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, plus 2 red ones: Grenache and Pinot Noir.
After a light maceration and a standard vinification, this rosé sparkling wine by Caves Bertha was bottled and added yeasts and sugar in order to complete secondary fermentation. Once completed, Bertha Lounge Brut Rosé was aged between 12 and 15 months in the cellar.
Finally, this rosé Cava from Penedès was disgorged and added a tiny amount of sugar and shipping liquor.
