The Cava Blancher Reserva Brut Nature is produced by the Carbó family, the owner of Caves Blancher, a winery situated in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, Alt Penedès.
A traditional Cava blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, this Spanish sparkling wine was traditionally vinified.
First the grapes were macerated with the skins, after which they were fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After completing secondary fermentation in the bottle, the Cava Blancher Reserva Brut Nature 2020 was aged for 25 months minimum before hitting the market. The amount of residual sugar is below 2 grams per litre.
Nicely priced, this cava reserva brut nature will pair nicely with all kinds of food.
