Produced by Bodega Hnos. Pérez Pascuas, the wine Cepa Gavilán Crianza is made from over 20-year-old Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) vineyards grown at an altitude over 800 metres above sea level, near the village of Pedrosa de Duero, in the heart of Ribera del Duero.
Traditionally vinified, the alcoholic fermentation of this Spanish red wine took place in stainless steel tanks.
After that, this Crianza red wine was aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Finally, the wine Cepa Gavilán Crianza 2023 was aged for another 12 months in the bottle before its release.
