Product Description
Details

A varietal Grenache, Comalats Gavernera Rosat is a young Spanish rosé wine produced by Celler Comalats in DO Costers del Segre.

This minimal intervention, no sulfites added rosé wine is sourced from vineyards planted at an altitude of 700 metres, in the town of L'Ametlla de Segarra. They are farmed following strict organic and biodynamic procedures.

The grapes were harvested by hand. After a brief maceration, this natural rosé wine fermented spontaneously in fiberglass tanks.

After completing fermentation, the wine Comalats Gavernera Rosat 2023 was bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Pair this organic rosé wine with pasta dishes and oily fish recipes.
