The wine Comalats Marquesa is a highly original orange natural wine from DO Pla de Bages, central Catalonia. There, a white wine produced macerating the white grapes with the skins is called a brisat wine.
Sourced from young vineyards, this varietal Picapoll was first kept for 5 days with the skins in concrete diposits.
After that, the white wine Comalats Marquesa 2025 of the Celler Comalats winery was fermented in clay vessels. This natural wine was not aged in wood in order to preserve its distinctive character.
Finally, this white wine from Pla de Bages was bottled with no added sulfites.
