This is the new vintage of AT Roca Brut Reserva, an organic Spanish Sparkling wine marketed under the quality designation Clàssic Penedès.
It is made from a blend of the three traditional varieties: 50% Macabeo, 30% Xarel·lo and 20% Parellada. The grapes come from organically grown vines over 30 years old, scattered over 32 plots with different soil compositions and sun orientations, all of them located in the heart of the Penedès.
Produced following the traditional method by the AT Roca winery, the grapes completed secondary fermentation in the bottle. Then AT Roca Brut Reserva 2021 was aged for a period of 20 months before its commercial release.
This organic sparkling wine offers a different take on the traditional Penedès varieties.

| Palate | Fresh and intense, this sparkler from AT Roca has creamy bubbles and a very refreshing acidity. Suggestions of dry fruit, some buttery touches and a dash of aromatic herbs and balsam. This Clàssic Penedès has a long, enticing finish with remembrances of white fruit and citrus. |
