This is the new vintage of the wine AT Roca Reserva, an organic Spanish Sparkling wine marketed under the quality designation Corpinnat.
It is made from a blend of two traditional varieties: 55% Macabeo and 45% Xarel·lo. The grapes come from organically grown vines over 30 years old, spread across 22 plots with different soil compositions and sun orientations, all of them located in the Costers d'Ordal subzone of Penedès. Produced following the traditional method by the AT Roca winery, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks and 500-litre French oak barrels (15%), where this Corpinnat sparkling wine was then kept for 7 months. After completing secondary fermentation in the bottle. Then the sparkling wine AT Roca Reserva 2023 was aged for no less than 20 months before its commercial release. The disgorging date of AT Roca Monacal de Sant Sebastià is printed on the back label.This blended organic sparkling wine offers a different take on the traditional Penedès varieties.

| Palate | Fresh and intense, this sparkler from AT Roca has creamy bubbles and a very refreshing acidity. Suggestions of dry fruit, some buttery touches and a dash of aromatic herbs and balsam. This Corpinnat has a long, enticing finish with remembrances of white fruit and citrus. |
