The liqueur D ́Vizhoja Licor de Café is made by bodega Marqués de Vizhoja, located in Rías Baixas, Galicia.
This Spanish coffee liqueur is made from a high quality coffee combined with a grain alcohol that has been diluted to obtain the desired ABV. The process takes place in stainless steel tanks, where this coffee liqueur from Galicia – approved by the Compostela chapter of the Slow Food association – was subsquently kept in the tanks for some time to stabilize it.
Deep mahogany, the liqueur D ́Vizhoja Licor de Café carries some lively and seductive aromas of ground coffee, caramel, dry fruit and chocolate. The palate in well-rounded and velvety, with a subtle bittersweet note and a long, suggestive finish.
