The grape brandy D’Vizhoja Aguardiente de Orujo is made by bodega Marqués de Vizhoja, located in Rías Baixas, Galicia.
This Spanish grape brandy – approved by the Santiago de Compostela chapter of the Slow Food association – was meticulously vinified in stainless steel tanks. After that, this grape brandy from Galicia was distilled in copper stills.
Transparent and bright, this Spanish eau-de-vie from Galicia has a deep, powerful nose, with some fruit- driven, floral and balsamic aromas. The palate of the grape brandy D’Vizhoja Aguardiente de Orujo is powerful and well-defined, with a long, complex finish.
