The cream liqueur D’Vizhoja Crema Licor is crafted by bodega Marqués de Vizhoja, a traditional producer from Rías Baixas, Galicia.
This Spanish cream liqueur - approved by the Santiago de Compostela chapter of the Slow Food association - is made in a traditional manner. First, a grain alcohol was diluted to obtain the required ABV, which was added to a previously stabilized milk base. The blend was then homogeneized and kept in stainless steel tanks for some time to stabilize it.
Cream coloured, this Cream liqueur from Galicia carries aromas of toffee, white chocolate, caramel and cinnamon milk. The palate of the cream liqueur D’Vizhoja Crema Licor is luscious and silky, with a long, smooth finish.
