The liqueur D’Vizhoja Licor de Hierbas is made by bodega Marqués de Vizhoja, a traditional produced from Rías Baixas, Galicia.
This Spanish herbs liqueur is crafted combining a meticulous selection of herbal extracts from mostly locally sourced plants, with a grain alcohol previously diluted to obtain the desired ABV. The process took place in stainless steel tanks, where this Galician herbs liqueur was then kept for some time in order to stabilize it.
Yellow coloured with some greenish reflections, the nose of this herbal liqueur from Galicia is quite intense, showcasing aniseed, citrus and spice. On the palate, the liqueur D’Vizhoja Licor de Hierbas is savoury, mildly sweet and very long, with a gentle aftertaste.
