Details
Produced by the Enate winery, the wine Enate Rosado is a versatile and food-friendly Spanish rosé wine.
It is made solely from Cabernet Sauvignon vines grown in DO Somontano. After a manual harvest, the grapes were destemmed and gently crushed.
Then the wine must was macerated for a short period of time, after which this rosé wine from Somontano was fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Finally, the wine Enate Rosado 2024 was filtered and cold-stabilized before bottling.
Drink this young rosé wine with light dishes, tapas and finger food.

Enate
A Cabernet rosé, which means that it is slightly more intense than the usual rosé. Nice with Chinese food.
