Enate Syrah-Shiraz 2021
Produced by the Enate winery, the wine Enate Syrah-Shiraz comes from DO Somontano, Aragón.
The grapes are sorted from two vineyards. Interestingly, each is planted with a different Syrah clone, one coming from France, the other from Australia.
Harvested by hand at their optimal ripening level, the grapes were destemmed and gently crushed. Then this Spanish red wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the wine Enate Syrah-Shiraz 2021 was aged for 15 months in new French and American oak barrels, in which it had previously completed malolactic fermentation.
