Produced by the Ritme Celler winery, the Priorat branch of Acústic Celler, the wine Etern is made from a blend of 75% Carignan and 25% Grenache sourced from 70 to 95-year-old certified organic vineyards.
The oenologist Albert Jané crafted this Spanish red wine from vines which, in most cases, yield less than 1 kg of grapes per plant.
After a meticulous selection process, this terroir-orientated Priorat red wine was traditionally vinified and subsequently aged for 12 months in new, light-toast French oak barrels from Allier.
Bottled in February 2024, the red wine Etern 2022 was subsequently aged for 12 months minimum before being released onto the market.

There are delicate aniseed and floral nuances that are presented along a spiced background. |
| Palate | This wine from Ritme Celler is deep, focused and detailed, with a steely acidity and some vibrant tannins. Wild berries, Mediterranean garrigue, chocolate, toffee, flowers and mineral, all combined with some smokey and balsamic notes. There is a long, memorably mineral aftertaste that delights the palate and enlivens the spirit. |
