The wine Etiris PB, formerly known as Alta Alella Pansa Blanca, is a varietal Pansa Blanca, a variant of the well-known Xarel·lo grape from Penedès. The vines are grown in sauló soils, which are formed through degradation of granite. The vineyards are near the Mediterranean sea, on the coastal line of Barcelona, in DO Alella.
This organic Spanish white wine is produced by the Alta Alella winery.
First, the organically farmed grapes were cold-macerated and gently pressed. Then this vegan white wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
Made for early consumption, the wine Etiris PB 2024 comes with a screw cap.
