The Cava Giró Ribot Unplugged Brut Rosado is a sophisticated Spanish sparkling wine made by bodega Giró Ribot.
This rosé Cava from Penedès is mainly made from Pinot Noir, complemented with some Chardonnay.
The grapes were fully destemmed and cold-macerated before being fermented in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels, where this Brut Rosé Cava was also briefly aged on lees.
Once bottled, the Cava Giró Ribot Unplugged Brut Rosado 2022 went through secondary fermentation and was aged for 15-24 months before being disgorged.
The production of this Rosé Cava aged in oak is around 2,000 bottles..
