Made in the enchanting island of Mallorca, and belonging to the DO Binissalem-Mallorca, Jaume de Puntiró Daurat is one of the very few white wines from Majorca solely made from Premsal Blanc, a grape variety native to the island.
Produced by the Jaume de Puntiró winery, this Spanish white wine is made from vines located in Santa Maria del Camí, a village 10 kilometres from Palma de Mallorca, the capital of the island.
The 20-year-old, organically grown vines were harvested by hand, slightly pressed and fermented in French oak barrels from Allier.
Then, Jaume de Puntiró Daurat 2018 was aged for 6 months in those same barrels before bottling.
