Details
Produced in DO Rueda, the wine José Pariente Sauvignon Blanc is made from 30-year-old Sauvignon Blanc vineyards.
The vines are planted in soils with very low levels of organic matter, composed mainly of limestone and pebble stones.
Harvested at dusk to avoid spontaneous fermentation, the grapes were destemmed, cold-soaked for 10 hours and pressed. Then this Spanish white wine of the José Pariente winery was fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 4 months on its lees.
After that, this white wine José Pariente Sauvignon Blanc 2023 was cold-filtered before bottling.
Light and juicy, this white wine from Rueda will pair well with tapas and rice dishes. It is also excellent without food.
