This is the 2020 vintage of the Cava Juvé y Camps Milesimé Chardonnay Can Rius, a varietal Chardonnay sparkler produced by the Juvé y Camps winery.
Crafted only in excellent vintages, this Spanish sparkling wine is made from grapes certified organic, sourced from the "Propietat d'Espiells" estate, located in the middle Penedès area, at an altitude between 185 and 245 metres above sea level.
Protected from the cold northern winds by the Montserrant mountains, the vines grow in clay-limestone soils in an area with a benign Mediterranean climate.
Meticulously vinified, this elegant organic Cava was bottled in March 2021 and aged for no less than 48 months.
