Kuhri Mures is an enticing, sensuous blackberry liquor with a moderate 16% alcohol content made by the Kuhri Distillery.

This blackberry liqueur from Alsace is crafed from estate-grown, carefully selected berries.

In order to preserve the exceptional quality of the fruit, it was macerated in neutral alcohol for a period of 2-3 weeks. 

After that, the alcohol-infused blackberries were kept in stainless steel tanks and subsequently filtered to get a clean, bright liquor.

Finally, Kuhri liqueur was watered down until it reached the desired alcohol content.

Kuhri Mures has a bright, intense cherry colour and a seductive nose reminiscent of aromatic herbs, earth and black fruit. Smooth in the palate, it is intense, fresh and savoury.

Served cold, Kuhri, a spirit made from blackberries, is the perfect ending to a meal. It can also be used in mixology and pastry making.
