Produced by L'Olivera Cooperativa, the wine L’Olivera Tossudes is sourced from certified organic vineyards located in the Vall del Riu Corb region of DO Catalunya.
This blended Spanish red wine is made from Grenache and Merlot.
Hand-harvested, each variety was traditionally vinified on its own in stainless steel tanks, with periodic pump-overs and punch-downs. Once alcoholic fermentation was completed, the wine L’Olivera Tossudes 2024 was blended and bottled.
Finally, this young red wine was stored for 1+ year in the cellar before its commercial release.
