Maria Ganxa de Pascona 2025
Made following the venerable winemaking traditions of Montsant, the varietal red wine Maria Ganxa de Pascona is sourced from Carignan vines planted in clayey soils.
After a meticulous harvest, the grapes were brought to the facilities of Celler Pascona, where they were selected, destemmed and gently pressed.
Then this Spanish red wine was fermented in 5,000-litre truncated cone-shaped stainless steel deposits, with frequent pump-overs and punch-downs.
Finally, the red wine Maria Ganxa de Pascona 2025 underwent malolactic fermentation and was aged for about 3 months on its lees.
This a fresh and unwooded red wine from Montsant.
