This is the new vintage of the wine Marta Violet of bodega Ramon Canals.
This blended Spanish white wine is made from Muscat of Frontignan, Xarel·lo and Macabeo. The certified organic vineyards are scattered across the Penedès region, and the soils have very low levels of organic matter.
Manually harvested, this white wine from Penedès was produced only from the "free-run" juice.
Each wine must was independetly fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. After that, the wine Marta Violet 2025 was blended and aged for a short time before being bottled.
Particularly remarkable is the attractive presentation of this vegan wine: a purple bottle with a nice flower image on the label.
