Produced by Celler de Capçanes, the wine Mas Collet Selecció comes from DO Montsant.
It is made basically from Grenache, complemented with some Cabernet Sauvignon and Carignan.
The three varieties were separately harvested. Once in the cellar, this Spanish red wine was fermented and then macerated for 20-35 days in stainless steel tanks. The malolactic fermentation began in the tanks, and it was finished in American and French oak barrels 1 to 5 years old. After that, this vegan red wine was aged for 9 months.
Finally, the wine Mas Collet Selecció 2023 was returned into the tanks and aged for a further 6 months.
Aerate this Crianza red wine 20 minutes before drinking.
