One of the bottlings of the Kosher wines series of bodega Celler de Capçanes, the wine Peraj Petita Rosat is a compelling Lo Mevushal and kosher-for-Passover Spanish rosé wine produced following the saignée method.
A varietal Grenache, this vegan rosé wine is sourced from 25 to 50-year-old vines planted on terraced vineyards with clay and granite soils located near Capçanes, DO Montsant.
The grapes were handpicked in early and mid September. After a short skin maceration, the wine must was fermented under controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Then the wine Peraj Petita Rosat 2025 was bottled and kept for some months in the cellar.
