Details
The Celler de Capçanes winery presents the new vintage of Mas Picosa Blanc de Negres.
A Blanc de Noirs made from Grenache, this Spanish white wine is sourced from certified organic vineyards 10 to 25 years old located in DO Montsant, at an average altitude of 300 metres above sea level.
Harvested in early September, once in the cellar the grapes were pressed, and after a short maceration they were separated from the skins. Fermentation of this vegan wine took place in stainless steel tanks.
Once the process was finished, Mas Picosa Blanc de Negres 2022 was cold-stabilized and bottled.
Pair this white wine from Montsant with tapas and light dishes.
