The prestigious Maison Moët & Chandon presents the Champagne Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial Rosé, the rosé version of the well-known Moët & Chandon Impérial Ice.
Conceived and crafted to be served over ice, this uber-cool rosé Champagne is a blend of 45-55% Pinot Noir, 35-45% Pinot Meunier and 5-10% Chardonnay. The blend includes 20-30% of reserve wines, which add an distingué touch.
After completing both fermentations, the champagne Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial Rosé was aged for 18 months minimum. Then it was disgorged and kept for at least 3 months in the cellar before hitting the market.
The packaging of this non-vintage Champagne is noteworthy. A white bottle with a dark pink tie and a golden-framed label, it immediately brings to mind images of a dreamy Mediterranean summer.
To best enjoy it, serve this Demi Sec Champagne in bowl-shaped stemmed glasses (or Cabernet glasses) with 3 ice cubes.
