The wine Onna Malva is a fruit-forward and gently sweet Spanish white wine made by bodega Ramon Canals.
A blend of Malvasia de Sitges and Sauvignon Blanc, the grapes are sourced from vineyards certified organic. Pressed in a pneumatic press, the grapes began fermenting in stainless steel tanks.
The fermention process of this white wine from Penedès was cold-stopped to preserve some natural sugar in the final wine.
Once bottled, the white wine Onna Malva 2025 was stored for some time in the cellar.
This is an organic and vegan certified white wine.
