White Wine Parvus Chardonnay 2022
Availability: In stock
The delicious Parvus Chardonnay is a varietal Spanish white wine fermented and aged in oak.
Soils are mainly composed of Sauló, a local term that designates a kind of decomposed granite.
Harvest of this organic white wine wine from DO Alella, Catalonia's tiniest Designation of Origin, was meticulous. The grapes were selected in the cellar and macerated prior to fermentation.
Then Parvus Chardonnay 2022 was fermented in new French oak barrels, where it was also aged on its lees for 3 months.
Pair this white wine from Alella with creamy cheeses and fish recipes.
The white wine Parvus Chardonnay is medium yellow with some golden tinges.
This varietal Chardonnay is quite sexy on the nose. Aromas of white fruit, bananas and tropical fruit, with white flowers, some herbal notions, a salty remembrance, and a dash of smoke and spices.
Fresh, unctuous and pleasant, this wine from the Alta Alella winery is definitely crispier than your ordinary Med Chardonnay. White flowers, tropical fruit a note of cumin, spices and smoke. Long, elegant finish.

An easy-to-drink, pleasant wine, Parvus Chardonnay 2022 is a nice all-rounder.
