Produced by bodega Vall de Baldomar, the wine Petit Baldomà Blanc is a blend of Macabeo, Riesling and Gewürztraminer from DO Costers del Segre.
The combination of two international varieties and a local one gives this Spanish white wine an interesting character.
Separately harvested and vinified according to the variety, the grapes were gently pressed, drawn-off and then fermented in stainless steel tanks. After that, the white wine Petit Baldomà Blanc 2024 went straight into the bottle.
Great as an aperitif, this white wine from Costers del Segre is also excellent with rice dishes and Ramen recipes.
