Champagne Taittinger Nocturne
Availability: In stock
Produced by the prestigious Maison Taittinger, Taittinger Nocturne is an exquisite non-vintage Champagne from Reims.
This NV Champagne was crafted blending 30 wines from several vintages. Traditionally vinified, after going through secondary fermentation in the bottle Taittinger Nocturne was aged for 48 months minimum. Then it was added cane sugar (in a proportion of 17 grams per litre), as a result of which it is classified as Champagne sec.
Enjoy without food or throughout a multi-course dinner.
The Champagne Taittinger Nocturne is pale yellow with some golden reflections.
Delicate aromas of ripe peach and apricot, with subtle hints of white and yellow flowers. This blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay has a creamy background of pastry, dry fruit and butter.
Fresh and smooth-bodied, this champagne non-millésimé of Maison Taittinger has smalll, palate-caressing bubbles and a lively acidity, with a creamy and syrupy passage and a medium-long finish.
