The Torelló winery produces the sparkling wine Torelló Brut Nature from vines certified organic planted in Finca Can Martí, a 135-hectare estate which belongs to the Torelló family since 1395.
It is worth mentioning that this Spanish sparkling wine is marketed under the Corpinnat label.
Made from a blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, the grapes were gently crushed to obtain only the free-run juice. After completing fermentation, this Corpinnat sparkling wine was bottled and added sugar and yeasts to induce secondary fermentation.
Once the process was completed, the sparkling wine Torelló Brut Nature 2021 was aged for a minimum of 50 months in the cellar.
No shipping liquor was added to this Corpinnat brut nature after the disgorgement.
