Produced by bodega Torelló, the wine Torelló Rosa d'Abril is a charming young Spanish rosé wine sourced from organically grown vineyards located within the Can Martí estate, DO Penedès.
A blend of 47% Macabeo, 27% Syrah and 26% Malvasia, the grapes were harvested, selected and gently pressed. After that, the free-run juice of this rosé wine from Penedès was vinified in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature, using the Inertys technology throughout the process to prevent any kind of must oxidation.
Then the rosé wine Torelló Rosa d’Abril 2024 went straight into the bottle in order to preserve its engaging freshness and juvenile charm.
This blended organic red wine from Penedès will pair fabulously well with oriental cuisine and spicy recipes.
