Produced by the Torelló winery, a member of the Corpinnat association of sparkling wine producers, the wine Torelló Rosé Brut Reserva is sourced from Finca Can Martí, a vineyard in the very heart of Penedès.
A blend of Grenache and Macabeo, this Spanish sparkling wine was meticulously vinified. The grapes were first slightly crushed and macerated for a short period of time with the skins.
Then they were gently pressed, and only the resulting free-run juice was used to craft this Corpinnat sparkling wine.
Finally, the sparkling wine Torelló Rosé Brut reserva 2023 was bottled and, after the completion of secondary fermentation, was aged for a minimum of 24 months.
