The Corpinnat sparkling wine Torelló Pàl·lid Brut Rosé is made from a blend of 75% Macabeo and 25% Pinot Noir. All the grapes were sourced from estate vineyards certified organic.
Hand-harvested, the two varieties were gently pressed and vinified together. Then this Spanish sparkling wine from the Torelló winery was fermented in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts.
After that, the sparkling wine Torelló Pàl·lid Brut Rosé 2023 was bottled and, after completing secondary fermentation, this organic sparkling wine was aged for 18 months minimum before the disgorgement.
This subtle Corpinnat rosé sparkling wine will pair excellently with pasta recipes, sushi, Oriental cuisine and Moroccan dishes.
