The Corpinnat sparkling wine Torelló Pàl·lid Brut Rosé is made from a blend of 79% Macabeo and 21% Pinot Noir. All the grapes were sourced from estate vineyards.
Hand-harvested, the two varieties were gently pressed and vinified together. Then this Spanish sparkling wine from the Torelló winery was fermented in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts
After that, the sparkling wine Torelló Pàl·lid Brut Rosé 2022 was bottled. After completing secondary fermentation, it was aged for 18 months minimum before the disgorgement.
This subtle Corpinnat rosé sparkling wine will pair excellently with pasta recipes, sushi, Oriental cuisine and Moroccan dishes.
