Details
Produced by the Torelló winery, a member of the Corpinnat association of sparkling wine producers, Torelló Rosé Brut Reserva is sourced from Finca Can Martí, a vineyard in the very heart of Penedès.
A varietal Pinot Noir, this Spanish sparkling wine was meticulously vinified. The grapes were first slightly crushed and macerated for a short period of time with the skins.
Then they were gently pressed, and only the resulting free-run juice was used to craft this Corpinnat sparkling wine.
Finally, Torelló Rosé Brut reserva 2020 was bottled and, after the completion of secondary fermentation, was aged for a minimum of 24 months.
