An original Spanish red vermouth from the region of Galicia, Vermú Nordesía Roxo is made from a red wine base of Mencía coming from vineyards located in Val do Ulla, macerated with laurel, elderberry, and an eau de vie macerated with a unique blend of aromatic plants, botanicals and roots.
Complex and expresive, this vermouth from Galicia smells of red berries, with some balsamic, bitter and spicy hints and a fresh, saline-like note.
The palate of Vermú Nordesía Roxo is berryish and lively, with a note of blood orange and a remembrance of aromatic herbs and absinthe.
This vermouth made from Mencía is very original. Quite fresher than the typical vermouths.
