Details
The varietal wine Viñas del Vero Gewürztraminer is made from a northern European variety that has adapted quite successfully to the dry area of Somontano, Aragón.
Produced by Viñas del Vero, this Spanish white wine comes from a single vineyard, Pago El Enebro, planted around 30 years ago at an altitude of 400 metres above sea level.
Harvested by hand, the Gewürztraminer grapes were first cooled and then cold-macerated for 7 hours. After that, only the free-run juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks. The process was cold-stopped to preserve the natural amount of sugar contained in the grapes.
Finally, the wine Viñas del Vero Gewürztraminer 2023 was aged for a minimum of 3 months in the bottle before its release.
This is a delicious white wine from Somontano.

Wine for the summer
I like the aromas, they are exotic and enchanting. Drinks easily. Definitely recommend it.
