Produced by Parató Vinícola, the cava Àtica Extra Brut Rosé Reserva is made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes sourced from organic vineyards with clay-limestone soils situated at 350 metres of altitude.
Vinified following the traditional Cava method, the varieties were separately fermented in stainless steel tanks. Then this rosé Cava extra brut was blended and bottled.
After completing secondary fermentation, Àtica Extra Brut Rosé Reserva was aged for on lees for 18 months minimum.
Pair this rosé Cava extra brut with pasta recipes, fish dishes and white meat.
