Fresh and yummy, the wine Baigorri Rosado from Bodegas Baigorri is a blend of Tempranillo, Viura and some Grenache, all coming from old vines.
Located in La Rioja Alavesa, the vineyards are farmed following sustainable and environmentally friendly procedures.
First, the grapes were destemmed. Then this Spanish rosé wine traditionally vinified with its lees in stainless steel tanks.
Finally, the wine Baigorri Rosado 2024 was bottled after being clarified and filtered
Pair this Rioja rosé wine with shrimp, tapas and finger food.

I used to drank average French rosés until I discover this wine. Half the price, much better quality.
