Bertha Lounge Brut Rosé 2023
The sexy and juvenile cava Bertha Lounge Brut Rosé is made from a blend of Grenache and Pinot Noir.
After a light maceration and a standard vinification, this rosé sparkling wine by Caves Bertha was bottled and added yeasts and sugar in order to initiate secondary fermentation. Once completed, the cava Bertha Lounge Brut Rosé 2023 was aged between 12 and 15 months.
Finally, this rosé Cava from Penedès was disgorged and added a tiny amount of sugar and shipping liquor
