Made from the traditional DO Cava blend, the sparkling wine Bertha Cardús Gran Reserva Brut Nature is produced by the Caves Bertha winery, a company which has taken a significant leap in quality in the last years.
This 2020 vintage of this Spanish sparkling wine is a blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, sourced from certified organic vineyards located in Penedés.
Each variety was separately vinified. This Cava Gran Reserva Brut Nature went through alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and completed secondary fermentation in the bottle.
After that, the Cava Bertha Cardús Gran reserva Brut Nature 2020 was aged for 30 to 50 months before hitting the market.
Food-wise, this is a very versatile organic Cava Gran Reserva.
