Produced by Celler 9+, a household name for natural wine lovers across Catalonia, the sparkling wine Celler 9+ 1r is produced solely from Cartoixà (aka Xarel·lo) vineyards with an organic certification located in DO Tarragona.
This Spanish sparkling wine was vinified following the traditional method. The grapes were fully destemmed and pressed before fermenting for 15 days in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
Once bottled, the sparkler Celler 9+ Escumós 1r 2023 completed secondary fermentation and was aged for a minimum of 15 months before hitting the market.
This brut nature organic sparkling wine was added absolutely no sulfites, sugar or liqueur de dosage.
